Music to my ears in Sudan

During my stop in Sudan, I found a local musician playing their music on homemade instruments. Here is the video.

I noticed here that their music is different from ours, but at the same time it was very similar. It was a simple pattern on the guitar like instrument. As a musician I thought it was very entertaining and their music seems so happy.
